Which equipment brands do you work with?

We stock and service Hayward, Jandy, Pentair, Polaris, and Starite. For brands outside that list, we can usually source parts — just give us a call with your model number.

My pump is making a loud noise. What could it be?

Cavitation, air leaks, bearing failure, or a clogged impeller are the most common causes. We can diagnose and repair on-site in most cases. Call us and we'll get a tech out quickly.

Do you offer free equipment repair assessments?

Yes — bring small equipment (pumps, controllers, etc.) to our Longwood store and we'll assess for free. For on-site diagnostics, a service call fee applies and is credited toward any repair.
